SPICY GINGER SEARED TUNA

A wild-caught yellow fin tuna filet lightly coated in sesame seeds then pan seared rare. Sliced atop a bed of jasmine rice and accompanied by a spicy sesame ginger sauce and cool Asian coleslaw.
